Happy Fourth of July or Independence Day! If your looking for something a little different to do than watch fireworks or go see a parade maybe you should give the paranormal a try and visit the ghosts of some of those who made America’s independence possible. Here are a few of the ghosts you can visit and where they will be this 4th of July.

George Washington: George Washington will be in Gettysburg. He likes to spend his summer nights horseback riding here. If you watch the hills you may catch a glimpse of the former 1st president of the United States.

John Adams: Ok, I admit it this may seem a bit odd but if your looking for the ghost of former President John Adams you need to travel to 15 Cottage Ave Quincy, MA. John Adams spends nearly all his time at this bar called The Fours. He prefers to hangout in the back but at times when it’s not to busy has been known to actually take a seat at the bar.

Ben Franklin: He will be in Boston looking over something known as Boston Harborfest. It’s supposed to be a big 4th of July celebration. Your best time to catch him probably will be during the Boston Pops fireworks spectacular because he loves a good fireworks show and may let his guard down.
